How far from the wall do you need to set it up for full reclining?

If you need to place this sectional sofa wall hugging, you only need to set it up 4 inches away from the wall to achieve full reclining functionality.

Are there any options for home assembly service available for the sofa?

Yes, we do offer this service. When order the sectional sofa, please consult with us so that we can arrange our logistics partners for delivery and home assembly.

Is pick up an option?

Pickup is not supported, we use LTL delivery service. Please make sure to fill in the correct phone number before you complete the order, the LTL carrier needs to make an appointment with you before delivery.

What is the best way to cleaning it ?

Our power reclining sectional sofa is covered by faux leather. It's easy to clean with a clean, slightly damp cloth and wipe it off. For the parts of the sofa that are particularly dirty, you can use a small amount of leather cleaner conditioner.

Can I cancel the order after shipment?

Please note that once the order is confirmed and shipped by logistics, cancellation will not be allowed.

A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel after booking the truck LTL service.
